Our clients are supported as they heal from trauma and work through internal challenges that may be preventing them from moving forward in life. We provide compassionate, structured care designed to promote emotional growth, resilience, and lasting change.

Session Rates:

  • Individual Therapy: $150 per 60‑minute session

  • Telehealth (45‑minute sessions): $100 per session

  • Couples & Family Therapy: $200 per session

Marriage Intensive:
For couples seeking a more focused and accelerated approach, we offer private Marriage Intensives designed to move beyond the limitations of weekly sessions and address core concerns more deeply.

Clinical Supervision

In addition to clinical services, Shekhina offers supervision for master’s‑level counselors seeking licensure. This structured supervision experience is designed to support the development of clinical competence, ethical decision‑making, and professional identity.

Supervision includes case consultation, skill development, and personalized guidance to support growth as an effective and confident clinician.

We empower individuals to work through personal challenges and overcome obstacles that may be impacting their overall well‑being. In individual therapy, you will meet one‑on‑one with a therapist in a safe, supportive environment where you can openly explore your concerns and begin working toward meaningful, practical goals.

Together, we focus on strengthening emotional resilience, improving insight, and supporting lasting change in your daily life.

Clients may schedule sessions weekly, biweekly, or monthly, based on their individual needs and progress.

Faith Integrated Therapy

Exploring Life’s Challenges Through Biblical Applications.

 

Clients who identify with, believe in, and have accepted Yeshua (Jesus) as their Lord and Savior need a holistic therapeutic approach that applies biblical principles to impact their lives spiritually and naturally. This includes demonstrating how to change their thinking, feelings, and behaviors to align with the scriptures, and how to apply them to the areas of their lives where they struggle the most. Clients can schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions as needed.

Couple/Family Therapy

Resolving Family Conflict

 

In family or couples therapy, you and your family attend therapy sessions together. This shared space allows for open communication, enabling the exploration and resolution of family dynamics and conflicts. With everyone present, you can collaboratively identify issues, explore different perspectives, and work towards solutions that promote understanding, empathy, and positive change for all members. Clients can schedule sessions weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on their individual and family needs.

My Approach

Therapeutic Approach

I utilize an eclectic, integrative therapeutic approach, drawing on multiple theoretical orientations and evidence‑based practices to meet each client's unique needs. My work incorporates faith‑integrated principles alongside modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).

I also integrate Trauma‑Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT) when appropriate, particularly in working with individuals impacted by trauma, to support emotional processing, resilience, and healing.

In addition, I incorporate family‑structured and developmental approaches, exploring how family dynamics and developmental stages influence current functioning, relationships, and emotional well‑being. This allows for deeper insight and more targeted interventions across the lifespan.

Creative and expressive modalities—including psychodrama, writing, and poetry therapy—are also used to help clients access and process emotions in meaningful, nontraditional ways.

This holistic approach fosters emotional regulation, insight, and lasting behavioral change while honoring the connection between faith, identity, relationships, and overall mental health.
